What is Health Coaching?
Health and lifestyle coaching is a way to help you identify your health and wellness goals and empower you to make the necessary changes to achieve them. We’ll take a holistic approach, looking at your entire life and focusing on you as a whole person, to help you make realistic, achievable and effective changes. I will be there to support you every step of the way.
In our initial session we will explore your current and historical health, fitness and any lifestyle factors to help identify your specific goals, and the potential causes of conditions you are experiencing before focusing on small changes you can begin to make. Follow-up sessions will be arranged, as necessary, for continued support and actions adjusted to suit your individual situation.
Sessions
I offer a choice of sessions including one off appointments, to 6 and 12 week packages depending on your individual needs.
I will provide you with a coaching plan after each of our sessions, and ongoing support.
